What can I say... I really liked the wide selection of edibles. The receptionist was super sweet and very friendly. My bud tender had a dope vibe and she had some great recommendations. I can't wait to go back again. I'm dedicated to both these brands and when they drop new products, I'm never disappointed.

Unassuming storefront. However....once security lets you in, it smells like the bestest most expensive flower store EVER. It is clean, bright, and positive inside. The music they play definitely enhanced my retail experience. I was one of many different walks of life, all ages between 21 and 100 in this store. Each of us waiting for our personal MarijuanaPHD Concierge to show us anything we'd like to see, answer every question we had, and make recommendations based on that. Our host today was Kyle. 5 stars. I can tell you from previous visits that all of the staff is respectful, courteous, and patient. Not the first dispensary I've been to, but it is my favorite.
Saedsah was my attendant. She presented herself as a positive, knowledgeable assistant. I told her what I want the product to do for me and price range. She got it for me by picking out a couple of items . Gave me the option as to which I'd prefer. She processed the transaction quickly. Didn't try to push any additional sales.
Emi and Sajin on separate occasions have help me in your store. They were both professional, informed and courteous. I not only left with the products I wanted but with a smile on my face knowing I would definitely return. They are both in their own right assets to your business.
This was by far one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. I walked into the store with a simple question about the potency of a product because I wasn’t getting the effects I expected. Instead of answering my question professionally or recommending a different product, the budtender decided to make a personal comment and told me I “must have a disease.” That is an unbelievably inappropriate thing to say to a customer. Whether someone has a medical condition or not is absolutely none of an employee’s business. Customers come into dispensaries for information, guidance, and professional service—not to be mocked, judged, or insulted over their health The comment was so disrespectful that it could’ve turned into a physical altercation. No customer should ever be spoken to like that, and I won’t tolerate being treated that way again Based on the way the budtender responded, it was clear he lacked professionalism and customer service skills. Instead of providing factual information or answering a basic question, he resorted to making an inappropriate personal comment. It came across as uneducated, poorly trained, and completely unprepared to work with customers seeking guidance on cannabis products. If this is the level of training your staff receives, management should seriously reconsider how employees are taught to interact with customers I will not support any business that thinks it’s acceptable to insult or mock people over perceived medical issues. Respect and professionalism should be the standard in any customer-facing job. If an employee can’t answer a basic question without resorting to personal insults, they shouldn’t be representing the business I hope management takes this seriously because this reflects poorly on the entire dispensary. One rude employee is enough to drive away loyal customers and damage the reputation of a business. Until this kind of behavior is addressed and employees are held to a higher standard of professionalism and respect, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere and cannot recommend this shop to anyone!!
