I just went here to get an Insta card order from a shopper. When I went to the register, they asked me for my ID, a physical copy, which I didn't have. I had just renewed my license and my Kulfi ji had a copy. I showed them the thin paper license paper, but they didn't accept it. I also showed them a photo from my phone. Even if I told him, I can't take it if I break it. How did I take the order from here yesterday? Why didn't you see my ID yesterday? If according to your rules, I have to show my ID every time here, then why don't you check every time? You can take a video from your camera and see tomorrow. How did you know my order tomorrow? Why didn't you ask me for my ID? There was a guy here named Hunter, he was calling me his manager. They go to any store to pick up an order, even if there is an online order, and if they feel that the person's age is decreasing, they check the ID, not the address. I am also 32 years old. I don't think it's right what happened to me.

I recently popped into this Total Wine while being in the area. I was happy I did. This place was huge! I ended up downloading the mobile app while walking in and the staff was super helpful showing me how to use it. They saved me $5 on my purchase and told me all about the 10k different types of booze they had. The staff was super knowledgeable. Solid spot for your adult beverage needs. 🤙 I’d recommend and I’ll be back again.

This place has a great selection and I’ve been coming to this location a few times a year since they’ve opened. The 2 stars is for the unpleasant , very unhappy and bothered cashier. Never have I met this woman a day in my life but she gave me and the few people in front of me the other day the meanest ugliest dirty looks. Like we were her enemies. It was crazy to say the least. I came home and prayed for her.

Wow, I have to say first I’m ever stepping foot inside the store of total one and more and it is spectacular so many wines and bottles of champagne and different flavors to choose from from all over the world. Very unique spectacular. I will definitely be coming back here again for even more next time when I visit Fresno, California.

It's the biggest liquor, beer and wine store. They even offer wine and whiskey tasting along with classes from wine makers around the world. Employees are always friendly and very knowledgeable about their products, their suggestions are spot on. Thank you total wine.
