Now this owner and smoke shop knows how to do business and is the reason why I support small businesses! Emily and the owner gave me the best customer service and found the right bong for me. I appreciate them and would definitely recommend this spot I’ll be back. I’m stoked to try this bad boy out, peace out!

The guy that works here was very helpful, he explained the difference in parts for my vape pen and was good at helping someone else while helping me too. Love good customer service and they were cheaper than the last place I went to.

I bought an almost unbreakable Recyclable glass pipe a long time ago about a year and a half ago for 39.99$ the manager at the time told me if it ever broke just to bring it in with as much of the big pieces of the pipe to the store and they'll replace it with the same kind of glass material pipe of equal value. Now this pipe lasted me literally a year and a half which is awesome!! It finally broke I thought to myself they probably won't even remember me because I don't have a receipt. WRONG the manager is awesome he remembered me even though it's been so long. Only question he asked was you bring in the pieces? I said yup he took my old broken pipe pieces and replaced it with the same kind of glass material pipe of equal value which looked way better then my old one. THIS PLACE IS LEGIT !! LOVE IT !!

Disappointing. I've been going here for a 4 years now. Great prices and selection. Got a defective atomizer for my ecig. Took it back, unused, to let them know it wouldn't fit in my tank. They wouldn't return it. It's only $5, but if the company won't stand by their products they sell and pass the buck onto their customers, then my $200 a month can go to a place who will be loyal with me.
