I am giving this place 1 star, and frankly, I am not even sure how they are still open. I stopped by hoping for a quick trip, but the entire block was cordoned off because apparently, a guy decided to barricade himself inside with a knife. I will give them credit for one thing: the parking situation is impeccable. I have never seen a lot spacious enough to accommodate an entire SWAT team and their fleet of armored vehicles parked directly in front of the entrance. It was definitely a unique viewing experience, even if it made getting to the front door impossible. The decor is also an interesting choice. The windows are currently covered in some avant-garde "art", which most people would call graffiti, that really gives the storefront an edgy, urban feel. I guess their products must be just too good because someone was clearly so influenced that they decided to move in, lock the doors, and try to redecorate with a weapon. I am not looking for a tactical operation when I just want to buy a few items. If you prefer your shopping trips with a side of hostage negotiation and police sirens, this is the place for you. Otherwise, I would suggest going literally anywhere else.

The owner ALWAYS will try to accommodate his customers. I have been able to save money by shopping at Rodeo in Fullerton and Santa Ana. I highly recommend this smokeshop for a VARIETY of items! Thanks Rodeo, just today within a hour ago, again the owner was looking out for me, and I am going to take a minute to say Thank you! Shopping Rodeo is the way to go !

Don’t buy vapes here , they literally sell fake vapes. Terrible customer service wasn’t greeted at all when I came in waiting, employees were super rude

My new favorite smoke shop to go to. after being a long time customer of the old location I was very excited to visit this new location which is even cooler than their last one. 10/10 customer service and best selection in town hands down. If you need anything smoking related this is the spot to go to, and John is the man you want helping you out. He will make sure you’re well taken care of before you leave. Love this place.
