never coming here again!!! I come here all the time and everything was fine until today 4/21/26 around 1:45 or 2 I was treated so poorly by the 2 men working today around this time! (Mainly the cashier) I made a mistake of not bringing by ID and i apologized, I came for 2 swishers and the cashier told me in a very aggressive way. Not even kidding on how rude he said it he practically yelled it at me. if I’m over 21 and I said yes. I went back to go get my ID cause it was my fault for forgetting it. I came back and this is where things got worse, he then tried to say I owed more money when the swishers are only 1.50. I got 2! And gave him 4$ cash So there is no way I owed more money!! He even tried to give me something I didn’t ask for, so I told him no I don’t want this I asked for the swishers and that’s when the other worker came to step in and explained that I didn’t want the other brand the cashier was trying to give me. He clearly doesn’t know what he is doing and I’m very disappointed because I really liked this place, never once have I ever seen these guys in all the times I’ve been coming, the tall African American is the one who I usually see and he is always so respectful and cool. not sure if these guys are new or the owners. I won’t be back

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !! Do NOT go here !!! There are PLENTY !!! of tobacco shops on every corner ! I went inside of the Pizza Hut right next to this place to order me a pizza . They told me it would be a wait for my pizza so I was like I need some ins-cents for my apartment . I went I there , the person behind the counter never greeted me or anything . I then asked him how much the ins-cents were.. he responded with an attitude so I just walked out and left . Not about to spend my money anywhere where I’m not treated with respect. He was so rude and unwelcoming .. he looked like he was high or something .. very ghetto .. people are just so mean and rude for no reason at all .lol like you don’t know me from a can of paint . What did I do to u to be so rude!!! I just don’t be understanding.. people are so miserable and evil but then wonder why they are in the situation they are in now .. it’s sad .. again please don’t shop here !!!

We found good incense, a storage box/holder for incense and a rare type of scented oil burner from this place. Oh right, we got some sodas and snacks too. Reasonable price and good merchandise...

The owners are so cool here very sweet and kind. I even witnessed them being kind to a homeless person who came into their shop they weren't mean or anything. I hope everybody supports them in the neighborhood. It's hard to come around to have kind owners especially to the neighborhood we live in.
