The guy who works there is absolutely amazing.Has amazing customer service skills and really make sure he takes care of the customers' needs. I'm not from this area, so it's really nice to know that. When I'm out here for work, I have someplace I can go when I need something.

Good customer service but the prices aren't constant. They say one price for an item and then when I come back the same item is more expensive! Other then that they have a great selection of products.

I bought a stiiizy battery at Tony's. It wouldn't hold a charge. They gave me a new one but it didn't work right either. I never have this problem with batteries from the hook in Watsonville.

Tony has been running his smoke shop here for years now, just 2 doors down from his liquor store. He is a great and friendly guy. As is the rest of his family who also help run the business. Great customer service and knowledge of his stock smoke supplies.
