Definitely one of the more expensive smoke shops in Glendale and the prices of vapes seem to be at their discretion. One guy charged $20 for a geek bar and a different guy said $35 cash only when I’ve used credit cards there before so not sure why it’s different each time. The dude was not happy I was taking my time browsing and asking questions even when I was the only customer inside. The only good things are they are open late and have a pretty big selection. And twice now I’ve gotten a defective device and I went back the next day but wouldn’t return or exchange it cuz I didn’t get a receipt. Citi smoke from my experience has been very good but not always open. Will only be buying Marlboro ciggs from 818.
