This hookah lounge is amazing, great prices, excellent service, and the hookah is great! I It was just remodeled and it looks fantastic, very modern! Highly recommend it!

I’ve noticed that one of the employees, a bald Black man, often behaves disrespectfully towards customers. He seems more focused on smoking his own hookah and commenting on others rather than assisting customers.

There is a guy works at this hookah lounge his name is Nelson has been quite disrespectful to customers and does not provide the necessary service properly. I would like to report this issue to the manager.

Falak is a great chill spot and the hookah is really good. You can come hang out with friends or come alone and study while smoking
