Stopped by today and had an awesome experience. Austin was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. You can tell he really cares about helping customers find what they're looking for. Great energy, excellent service. I'll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend.

Always have nothing but good experiences at all locations but I mostly come to grass valley for my needs 10/10. Their sister company Kannaxpress kiosks are wonderful as well (offer delivery too)

This is grass Valley’s greatest smoke shop. If you’re lucky enough to come here they have an incredibly selection. Well priced everything is so clean and organized and if you’re lucky enough, there’s Austin this guy who works there and he doesn’t incredible job of showing you every single product that you could want in every option.

Thank you so much Millenium Smoke Shop for another great experience. I went in to replace a broken banger and found this beauty. This is the second piece I have bought from the shop and I will continue to patron this biz for the great selection and amazing customer service. They always have a few epic pieces that I would love to own. Ellie was in the shop tonight and was super fun and helpful picking out the proper ash catcher and bowl to make this a winning show piece(we went through a bunch to find the right one). Im freaking stoked! Thank you soo very much! I love it!

This is so out of character for me to leave a review but this specific employee from the store has brought me to that point. I bought a product from this store and the next day it broke and was malfunctioning, I brought it in and showed the employee the issue along with the receipt to show how recent it was purchased and that this isn’t normal. He was super dismissive and wasn’t listening to me. Overall it was seeming like he was too high off of whip it’s or something to even comprehend proper human to human contact. Hoping this review can positively influence how customers are treated in the future.
