Do not ever give this business your money. I bought a lighter, it didn’t work, came back within ten minutes and the clerk refused to exchange it for me.

Last night 1/30/2022 I went in to get vape juice and I was waiting for awhile because the employee was talking to a friend or costumer about relationship and I finally said in a nice way if I can get some help please. Then the employee went off on me, yelling. Very disrespectful. I always come into this please Because they always have the stuff I need and the prices are great. Every time I go there the other employees that have worked there has always been nice just not the one that is working there now! I will not be going back into that store as long as she is working there!!

Everyone that rated this place a 1-2 . Came in trying to get free products and deals . They also try to return used nicotine products. I can vouch and say the employee is very respectful and this is a very nice smoke shop with great prices.

These folks are the best! They carry more varieties of cigarettes and Useful smoking gear than any other place for over 15 miles in any direction! The staff is always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. You simply can’t beat that combination!

I saved 25 dollars on a carton of cigarettes by leaving this store and purchasing from the gas station instead. They have the highest prices and worst customer service in Gridley. Will not return.
