Beat customer service I’ve ever experienced!! Super nice and knowledgeable, answered all my questions and gave great recommendations. I got a new mod and they helped me set it up with the battery, coil, juice and everything. I will most definitely be going back!

The younger gentleman behind the counter is friendly and knowledgeable. He spends a great deal of time with customers educating them about different types of vapes, and juices. However, when I go in there I typically have to wait on average 30-40 minutes while he is tending to just one other customer. I usually just need a coil or juice. Heis very nice and polite, very helpful. Maybe the store should hire an additional employee.
