Why does it say it opens at 9:00 am and I have been here since 8:45 was trying to get in before work and it's now 9:18 and nobody is here. Like for real change your online hours if your not gonna be open as advertised! Now I'm late for work it's getting later as I write this and still no one has shown up

My experience @ Hip Hop smoke shop was quick and easy. The selection of displayed merchandise was a lil sparse (in my opinion) but, overall it was a quick and easy in-and-out stop. The gentleman behind the register was very friendly and he even broke a large bill for me which was VERY nice of him & I very much so appreciated that!!!!!

This store is doing a wonderful job , Costumer Service is phenomenal. I go there every other day and always satisfied. They really deserve recognition because they did they thang Re-Doing it ..more space and atmosphere is always on point SO KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK . shout out to the younger one thats works there. They really are genuine people.

I have been meaning to leave a 5-star review of this business for months! I’ve visited this shop several times and they have excellent customer service, good prices for retail, and a huge selection. Marwan (I might be wrong about the spelling!), who isn’t the owner but is often the one working, has really gone the extra mile to make sure I’m happy with my purchases. He even encouraged me to open and try a disposable Vape that I purchased and swapped It out immediately when one of them was defective! I’ve NEVER had a smoke shop not only encourage me to ensure a product is working, let alone allow me to exchange it on the spot. Mostly everywhere else I’ve ever shopped for vape products, no returns or exchanges are allowed. Try Hip Hop Smoke Shop! BONUS: Their hours!! They are open late night😜

Came to this place at 10pm and it was closed. Hours need to be updated Updated December 2020: Love this place for all my hookah needs. I come here for all their al fakher brand hookah tobacco. They have a nice selection and at a fair price. Like the new ownership
