I had an awesome experience at Grind Smoke Shop. From the moment I walked in, they stay welcoming and professional, but Jay really stood out. He took the time to answer all of my questions, gave honest recommendations instead of trying to upsell me, and made sure I found exactly what I was looking for. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping customers have a great experience. The shop is clean, well-stocked, and has a great atmosphere. If you're looking for great customer service and knowledgeable staff, I definitely recommend stopping by Grind Smoke Shop and asking for Jay. I'll definitely be coming back!

Great service! It's nice that this shop is close to my house! J was very nice and friendly! It my first time coming in! Great prices! The second time I was unsure what flavor I wanted and he helped me out and he gave me some great advice on what to get and I loved it! I plan on coming here more 😄

Best smoke shop in town. It’s conveniently located, clean and the staff is always friendly. Jay is helpful and always has a pleasant smile and seems to actually care when asked “how are you?” Prices are always good and reasonable with product that is fresh and doesn’t seem to sit and collect dust like some other smoke shops in town. Staff always makes casual conversation and will help you get what you need even when you're not sure (vape flavors). Laid back smoke shop and will continue to shop here.

Amazing smoke shop with a huge variety of products and great prices. The employees are always friendly and helpful, and they make sure you leave with exactly what you need. The store is clean, organized, and always well stocked. Highly recommend!

Jay is super personable and always has a smile on his face ready to welcome you. I personally love coming in when he's working. The store is clean and organized. They always have great prices , especially for quality glass and accessories. MY neighborhood smoke shop, fosho!
