Great shop but quartz bangers are cheap blackmarket quality if your going to buy quartz bangers they probably glass but still charge you 3x the price better options elsewhere but shop is nice

Been there 3 times. The older woman that works there was somewhat rude one time, taking inventory it seemed and didn't want to be bothered. The next time on a personal call and having question about something she didn't seem to want to be bothered again, almost annoyed at me the customer. The 3rd pretty much the same. Poor customer service skills. I hate when i go to spend my money and get treated as if i am a bother.

Lucy is always helpful when finding those deals. I always have a pleasant experience when she’s there. The person they have working on the weekends isn’t as friendly and needs some personality, however does get out of the chair to help.

Definitely not open until 7pm. They are nice, just never open at 9am or 7pm. I’m guessing the open and close hours are more suggestions than the actual case. Annoying…
