I have mixed feelings about this place. Their prices are great, and the customer service was generally decent. I’ve actually been meaning to write this review for some time because my last experience completely changed my perspective. I bought a JUUL device and menthol pods after specifically asking if they were 100% authentic, and I was assured they were. But once I tried them, something immediately felt off. The pods barely produced vapor, felt like I was inhaling air, and honestly seemed like there was little to no nicotine in them at all. It immediately made me question the authenticity and quality of the product, which was really disappointing considering I asked beforehand for reassurance. I hate to say it, but I ended up spending around $50 on products that genuinely felt counterfeit, and that’s unacceptable. I had good experiences here before, but that experience alone made me uncomfortable trusting or buying products from them again.

I came here to grab a new last second vape and they’re have really great prices and great service. My usual spot closed so Michael was so helpful, and had great recommendations. I always leave with a vape I hate because of the artificial flavors and he recommended the Tyson disposables. The mint was a great clean flavor and I took advantage of the buy 2 for $40. Thank you so much Michael, you’re awesome! I’ll come back here just for his service.

I just came in today 10/10 service!! The girl with the curly hair behind the counter was super nice and helpful, I was wondering which flavor to choose from and she was very knowledgeable and even recommended some of her personal favorites which were so good! Will definitely make this my new vape store 🥰🙌

When I came in here there was a very weird man that would not stop talking to me and making me feel uncomfortable while I was waiting in line. Without having to say anything, the employee working offered to watch me go to my car when I got to the register. He stood outside and waited until I drove away. This was my first time coming here and I will definitely be a return customer.
