Dakota and Frost are such awesome people! Very welcoming and super hype! I was taken aback when it was a smoke shop… I initially thought it was just a Pokémon store… Lool! But fear not! I only felt out of place for a few seconds before kind voices welcomed me right in! Many people were gathered looking at cards! They have great deals and great variety! I shared some of my pulls from the complimentary pack that was given to me! The new Jap Set! Definitely coming back!

Found this Vape Shop by accident, was surprised on how competitive their pricing is to other shops in HB. It’s wild how much other shops charge for certain items while this shop maintains affordable pricing and will price match with proof. Theres a girl there I don’t remember her name but she has always helped me every single time I’m in the shop and she is the best. She works days on the weekdays, she’s knowledgeable as well as patient to explain things to me every time I come in. Highly recommend this shop.

I just went here to return a broken vape I had purchased two days ago. Despite it being within the four day window, staff would not replace the vape and/or release the manager/owner's contact information as requested. It was a young small girl with a fur scarf and pierced nose and another young guy with an afro and glasses. They were incredibly unprofessional and rude. We have purchased numerous times and have built rapport with the night shift. I am shocked. The employees in the day shift are dishonest and act clueless. They seem to have no memory of being hired or talking to their boss ever. Wow, so bummed at how many times I have shopped here. Hopefully this message gets through to whoever runs this business because they really need to reevaluate how honest their employees are. What a rip off. It would be advantageous to spend a few more bucks and go to Smoke and Vape CBD in Sunset Beach, California. They are actually reputable and give refunds if needed. They even let you sample their vapes. Taking my business here today. 👍

frosty always got me covered on deals got a god pack out of buy 1 one get one deal on a ascended booster bundle the staff is so chill and helps you out with what set you can buy to get the best value. 100% go to card shop in oc

It was clean and well organized. My friends and I went for the cards to be honest. I don't smoke anymore so not much else interested me. But for the sake of the review, they do carry glassware, quite a few different brands of vapes, Juices. Had kratom, knives, incense, and supplies. Typical smoke shop stuff. BUT! They also carried pokemon, one piece, riftbound, yugioh, and magic. Which was quiet cool. Had a case or 2 of singles plus numerous packs to choose from. Fair prices. I didn't get her name, but the chick behind the register was super friendly, she was helpful and wasn't like hovering or pushy about making sales she just let my friends browse and decide what they wanted. Definitely 10/10 for customer service. Overall was pleased with the store, and though I typically frequent like actual card shops, I'll definitely be by again with my friends.
