## Discount Cigarettes: Disappointing Service I recently visited Discount Cigarettes, and while the man working there seemed pleasant enough initially, my experience quickly went downhill due to his lack of product knowledge. It was frustrating to find that he didn't seem to know what items were even sold in his own store. After I took the initiative to figure out the product I was looking for myself, I was surprised that he didn't offer a simple "thank you" for my effort. Beyond not knowing his own inventory, he also seemed completely unfamiliar with the products he *does* sell. This made for a rather unhelpful and ultimately disappointing shopping experience.

Very friendly staff, good selection and prices. Plenty of parking and never a wait.

These guys are awesome! Very nice and great prices, theyre so helpful in fact that they gave me and my mom a coffee maker when ours broke, if you need cigarettes come here! They arent run by a guy that has felony arrest warrants out on him also

Fantastic and cheerful manager/owner. One of the cheaper places to buy a wide variety of smokes (and lighters) in town. Also, the only place I can find in Amador County that sells Swedish snus as well...so for me it has a great moist tobacco selection!

Extremely nice people. Friendly, and helpful. Well-stocked shop with inexpensive drinks.
