The lady that works there is rude. She doesn’t have basic customer service. The first time I gave her the benefit of the doubt, maybe it was a bad day. But this is the 2nd time I’ve gone in and she was rude when I tried to make small talk. This is my regular store but I might switch shops. It’s easy to be nice and respect people. Basic common courtesy can go a long way. Prices are about $5 overpriced on most products too.

I love this smoke shop. She has just about everything and if she doesn't have it she will try to order it for you. She is super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The prices are pretty fair. We also have great conversations. When I come in, I like to stop and chat for a minute. She sells all kinds of things from smoking apparatuses to apparel, and in the corner, she has incense. If your looking for it come in she probably has it or can get it.

The owner always greets you with a smile and is very friendly. Her shop is always kept and clean. Very good customer service with a great selection. Only place I know to get Kamel Reds 😀. If she doesn't have something, she'll try to get it in stock. Today, I declined her offer and changed up my Rolling tabacco blend. Very fresh. The can popped and hissed when I opened it. It smelled like heaven and sounded like music to my ears.
