LC smoke shop, where the most bored out of his mind, not wanting to be there if he didn't have to kind of a guy is behind the register. Been there a few times and this dude looks He's being tortured just by being there. I am not exaggerating. No smile, no hi, no bye. This guy is just in an absolutely nauseated state every time I've been there and to top it all off, he had a live snake around his neck today, but I digress. Went there today to get a vape and another customer was ahead of me. Five minutes in and I realize that there's a technical issue with the checkout machine and he got on the phone with tech support to get it fixed. Meanwhile, the dude didn't even bother glancing at me waiting there for almost 10 minutes at this point, acknowledging a waiting customer in his store or apologizing for the wait, reassuring the customer he's working on getting things fixed. You know, just common courtesy and common sense stuff, specifically when you're running a business. If he's not the business owner, then I'm sorry for whoever owns this business for his choice of the representative.

This is the best place I have ever been to. They always have the best products and always greet me upon entry “Khubi Jun”. Love this place. Will always be coming here! Ronnie is the best. Employees are always on spot.

I've been visiting this smoke shop for the last 3 years when I've been in town visiting family in La Crescenta from the UK and I would not recommend going elsewhere. They have an extensive and incredible set of cigars and Leo always grows out of his way to provide the best recommendations. I commend his services highly.

They had books of matches which I have been searching for and local stores no longer have them. So I bought a whole box and he charged me $12 cash! Expensive but better than waiting for a bit from MN.
