I would give 0 if I could. I bought a battery part for my cartridges. It would not work so I brought it back to the shop for exchange. They said unless I prove that it’s the product’s fault they would not give me the exchange, saying that I have to show them hitting it in front of them to prove that it’s the battery that’s not working. I went back home and brought two cartridges, both new. I opened the seal in front of them and showed them that it’s the battery that has the problem the way they requested and still would not give me the exchange. I hope they just honestly said they do bad customer service instead of lying to me making me go back and forth. Don’t go this crappy place. Go to the one on the other side of the road instead.
