I paid cash and accidentally paid 20 dollars extra. I was in my car reversing when Dillon ran out chasing me down to give back the extra I paid. That kind of honesty and integrity is hard to find. That's the kind of employee every business owner wishes to have. Other than that, the welcoming service and knowledge the guys offer at this place is exceptional. I used to shop for my vaping needs at this place and another one near my work. I won't be going to the shop near my work or any another smoke shop ever again. Dillon made me a customer for life. My favorite smoke shop is VIP Smoke Shop! The customer service is always amazing, the store is clean, and they always have what I need in stock. Alex is seriously the hardest worker there — always helpful, patient, and makes sure everyone leaves happy. You can tell he cares about the customers and keeps the place running smoothly. Definitely recommend stopping by if you want great service and good vibes!
