Shawn, the owner is an absolute Canadian legend. From the moment we stepped in he welcomed us with a warm genuine smile and proceeded to show us his store. We could not have enjoyed a better time watching the soccer match on his store's big screen TVs have we had gone anywhere else possibly in California.

We had an excellent experience at The Exchange Cigar Lounge yesterday evening. The atmosphere was welcoming, upscale, and inviting, with comfortable seating and an impressive selection of premium cigars. Whether you're a seasoned aficionado or just beginning to explore cigars, this is a fantastic place to relax and enjoy a quality smoke. The staff was friendly, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. We'll definitely be back!

People that share the same passion need to know about this place. If you're looking for a Cigar Lounge that includes comfortable seating and great ambience, give this place a shot. The owner stays open and wont rush you out. He may sit down and enjoy one with you which makes it a perfect lounge for the after dinner croud. I walk from Surf and Sand to enjoy cigars with good company. The owner is down to earth people and you will find quality sticks in that small walk-in humidor. Hit the store on the way to bring your favorite beverage, if that's your thing. The lounge does sell bottled water if needed and there's a restaurant with bar downstairs. Stop by and give this place a try, you won't be disappointed.

SO coming from the East Coast I was looking for a place to relax at the end of my day. It was about 9pm and I rolled into The Exchange. It is a bit unique as it's above a restaurant and a Gelato shop. Added bonus if you ask me! Selections are good as far as quality and variety. They are relatively new so I’m sure when I take another trip into the area they will have grown and will have an even more expanded variety of cigars to choose from but one of my go-to was in stock a Placencia. Shawn is a real down to earth gentlemen. We talked World Cup and other topics and noticing it was near 10pm closing time I offered to take my smoke with me but was informed it was illegal to enjoy a stick outside in the open air on the sidewalks of Laguna and was going to get a $200.00 fine. SO he said sit relax and finish your cigar, which I did. Its rare you find business owner's that are as accommodating and friendly and as passionate as Shawn. Please do stop and enjoy The Exchange and spread the word as he deserves all our patronage. If you ever come to NJ you are my guest in my lounge my new friend, thanks for the hospitality and great conversation.

Amazing customer service, a gem in Laguna for cigar smokers. Ocean view with a patio to smoke on. Great prices and a good selection of cigars!
