came in to get a new battery and tried to screw in my cart only to find out it doesn't fit, went in not even 10 minutes after the purchase only for them to say they can't refund or exchange it despite having just got it, even talked to the same girl that sold it, the battery was unused and i didnt even unscrew the empty cart included, never coming here again dude

Bought a few cigars from this smoke shop and out of the 3..1 was super old cracking and dry in a tube so I could not see it till after I bought them and the other 1 was moist with mold 👎 at 20 a piece I was pretty upset 😡 talked to the owner and he refused to take them back like I made them like this I even showed him the box so he could take them down and put them in the trash...he didn't there still up for sale so watch out cigar people this guy sells mold 🤮 never again buddy

This shop is the only smoke shop I've ever been in where they have moist and fresh tobacco for making my own cigarettes. And I've been all over the United States. I had always assumed that the dry, ground up tobacco I've always encountered in my 67 years was the normal way it comes. Not so at Old Glory. The owner is very knowledgeable about his products and he's trained his staff to provide the best experience possible. They keep all the fresh tobacco (and cigars) inside of a humidor. Everyone working there is friendly and extremely helpful, I'm really happy I found this little gem of a shop. I'd recommend it for anyone that wants top quality products...

The young ladies that work there are very kind but I’m sure they don’t set the rules. I bought a vape and I think it was a bad batch because I went back and the next one was bad also. They said they could only switch it out once so I’m stuck with a bad of vape Which kind of sucks
