So, it takes something special for me to take a minute to write a review these days...I am a new Grandma! This is one of those times. I travel a lot as a Healthcare Consultant and have to try new places when away. My vape device broke so I went looking for a new one. First stop was one of those outstandingly bad things...which will also be reviewed but it takes something extremely upsetting to post a bad review...who wants to do that! That said, stay away from MyVape Vapor in Lakeside!!! Second place was a nice guy but not many products including the Novo 3 device I was looking for. Third stop was here, El Toro. First, the inventory is amazing! More importantly, to me, and to a lot of people who hope to be treated well while spending their money...was Walid. He was kind, welcoming and knew his stuff. He even made me a great deal and I respect an owner who trusts their employees to know the art of the deal...and the value of the return customer. I, because of Walid, will be back...and back again. Thank you to the owners for hiring an intelligent, kind and knowledgeable person...your shop is in great hands. To ANYONE out there trying to find an exceptional vape shop amongst so many...this is IT! Thanks Walid!!

The workers lock the doors for several minutes during night time. We called several times but no one shows up to the front for a while. This has happened multiple times already.

just stopped by because it was the closest shop to me but ended up leaving with the best experience. melenie was so dope she answered all of my questions and gave me great recs, i left with what’s now my new favorite vape flavor. definitely will come by again!

Products are stale. I was sold a device that didn't even work, an exchange was done for another vape. The second device is currently on 90% fluid capacity. The fluid taste burnt and stale.

Rude as hell when it comes to having your questions answered then lie about being able to get other products elsewhere
