BLATANT FALSE ADVERTISING AT ITS BEST Overall unsatisfying....initially intrigued by their signage in the front windows...one of the guys was helpful and nice, the other was brusque and not informative in any way, like we interrupted his last meal.... We inquired about the 25% first timers discount (were from out of town)I and we were told that you have to spend 20$ or more, ok, great we said we will add another product and then the brusque one says "no, each item has to be over 20$ (there is no indication of this in their signage nor did I see any thing remotely inferring that requirement in the store) As I was about to inquire about the "happy hour" special pricing as we were right in the middle of said happiness...I was interrupted and was told BYE! I was handed my change of 6$ even from the 20$ bill I used for a $13.49 purchase..... Hmmmmm.....thinkin' Weights and Measures should conduct a surprise visit. I gave one star as the one employee male was nice. Deceptive, over priced and they might need a lawyer at some point during quarterly taxes....don't shop here💥

5 Stars! I had an amazing experience at this smoke shop thanks to Sam! From the moment I walked in, Sam greeted me like an old friend and was super knowledgeable about everything in the store. I came in looking for a new vape setup and left with exactly what I needed—plus some solid tips on how to maintain it. Sam didn’t try to upsell me or push anything I didn’t want, just gave real advice and great customer service. The shop itself is clean, well-organized, and has a chill vibe. Definitely coming back—and asking for Sam every time.

By far, the best smoke shop by ever been to, the customer service is amazing. I found exactly what I need right away, and the staff were able to help me out on a budget. Everybody here is super friendly and I would highly recommend this cloud 9!

Andrea is such an attentive person, works very hard and makes sure you have everything you need before you leave his shop. Great prices, great service, great product. 10/10, will be back for more.
