Not a very wide selection of vape products but works in a pinch, they need more variety ov vape juice not just disposables but good place over all.

Above average prices for stuff you can get anywhere. This business charges 50 cents for paying with a card.

Been going there for two years now probably spending about $100 each visit. Nothing but super helpful service and and respect given to me and my wife. Everytime there was an issue with a product we got it solved right away. Plan on going here for quite awhile. And recommending them to all my friends.

I bought a Puff Bar that had 5 hits in it and died! It was packaged empty! I went back not more than 10 minutes after I bought it and the man working called the owner whom tried to tell me he wouldn’t give me a refund and that he would only give me 50% off on a new one! I told him he has a responsibility as a biz owner to refund my money or give me a replacement if not I would write to the Attorney General and tell them how they are operating there company. After 10 minutes of arguing with him he said take a replacement and never come back! Horrible Place! Don’t shop here especially if you buy oil pens that do not have a visible opening showing the cartridge is full! If there not getting there money back from Puff Bar then as a biz owner they need to take action against them and not try to pass this on to the consumer!

Tl;dr got sold a broken torch lighter and was told that I broke it and they have no responsibility for it. I used to go to this place all the time and they treated me somewhat well until I decided to buy a bubbler and torch lighter. The bubbler was fine but the torch lighter was 20 bucks but it was broken. They sold it to us like it was brand new and we didn't think much of it. Started out with taking it out of the box it came in and the box was damaged and already opened like if it was previously owned and returned and the moment we opened it, a plastic piece already fell off. So, we ended up having a lot of problems with it and decided to go back about 3 times and say it's broken and if we can get a refund or at least store credit. Before we can even ask for the receipt when we first bought it, the guy crumbled it up and threw it away. We wanted the receipt but he just said we should've said so sooner before he tossed it. Anyway, we go back to the shop to show that its insanely broken and it shouldn't have been on the shelves in the first place. He goes on to accuse me of breaking it and not believing me when I say that we bought it broken. We brought the box and everything because it looks like it was returned and damaged. When we first bought it, we got the typical "we only sell the best brands!" He even told us that this particular brand is an amazing brand. He ALSO said the first time we came back to see if we could get a refund or store credit, he said that I can fix it and use super glue to fix the product he sold us. Not a good place to make friends with the owners and their shelves have typical items you can find mostly anywhere. Already started going to other shops and they're MUCH more friendlier than this one.
