I bought a vape refill and when I opened it the wrapper was torn a tiny bit but I didn't think nothing of it I tried it worked fine later that night it wouldn't work right my son tried and noticed that it wasn't even full to the top which I didn't even notice so it was to late to go back plus I was already home 2 hours away so I feel like I waisted 20-30 bucks I forget how much it was I wanna say 20 but not sure . Although the product was defective and I had to go buy another one at my regular place I was ripped off of 20 bucks I feel from exotic . Mind you the gentleman was a young man and it was day time hey was extremely nice even commented on my perfume . I'm not saying this is an everyday occurrence on what happened but maybe be more mindful is all ty Wendy Carpenter

This was my first time in this smoke shop. This is the third smoke shop I went to in this day because they did not have the foggers refillers so I had to go to three different other ones before I Xotic. I must definitely be going back to them because they are cheaper and he always has them. So when I'm in town I'll be going there. Nice atmosphere inside of the store. Nice salesperson. I'll give them a five ✨✨🌟
