4/6/26 at 12am. ZERO stars if I could. Minimum of 10-12 people in line, BOTH female cashiers completely ignoring customers and NO registers open. No acknowledgment, like if the store was empty. Talking to each other and not a word on where to form lines. 4 different lines because customers didn’t know what register would open next. A male worker from the back had to come open a register. Absolutely ridiculous, and they STILL didn’t open a second register. Just because you’re the ONLY gas station open at that time that doesn’t mean you can disregard customers. ESPECIALLY when your store is THAT busy. Management really needs to hold them accountable for how bad of a job they were doing. I’ve seen the responses on reviews from the owner claiming “it’s a shift change” that doesn’t matter. If that’s the excuse the LEAST your employees can do is ACKNOWLEDGE your customers, and LET THEM KNOW it’ll be a bit of a wait. Stop talking to each other behind the counter and do your job.

Huge shoutout to the team at Fast Trip Station! A big thank you to the staff for helping me out with getting some air in my tire—their kindness and generosity were truly appreciated. It’s hard to find such great customer service these days. They make me feel welcomed, not just like another customer! ​Fast Trip has truly become the best gas station in the Valley. I have watched this place grow tremendously over the last five years, and it is all thanks to the manager, Alejandra. She is an exceptional leader and the absolute heart of this crew. Since Alejandra took over, the station is just better run in every single way possible—she truly represents excellence in management, and everybody notices it. ​You can tell she takes immense pride in the facility because it is always spotless. Even though gas prices are high everywhere right now, this is the one station you actually look forward to visiting. The restrooms are always clean, and they have the best hot coffee and fresh donuts ready to go. They really go the extra mile by offering free air and water for your car, which is so hard to find at other places. Most importantly, the staff greets you with a genuine smile and a "how can I help you?" every single time. It’s rare to find a business that cares this much about its customers, and that all starts at the top with Alejandra!

Gas has been less expensive in Fresno, for several months now.

Shift change suppose to be midnight not 11:35pm. I know cause I use to come rushing before midnight getting off work when they decide to start. They shut off registers anytime I guess.

This gas station has most always the lowest price on gas in town. There are lots of pumps so the wait is usually very little if any.
