Just went in to my favorite smoke shop and was treated so rudely. This was the First time I’ve ever had a problem with their products. They refuse to give me a exchange after I showed them the proof of purchase. Normally if there’s a problem I never have any trouble exchanging it. But they say it’s not their fault that their product doesn’t work and they shouldn’t be held accountable for their products not working. Save ya money people !! It may be “for less” but it comes at your cost !

The owners and associates here are the MOST FRIENDLIEST people you could possibly ever ask for at a smoke shop. Great deals/prices and they always have what I’m looking for!

Always very friendly and Always ask how my husband is doing and if he’s keeping busy with the electrical business. We always have a great conversation. I consider him a friend to the family! He always knows exactly what I’m going to buy without me even asking! Great prices too! 🤗

Most convenient smoke shop i been too, in Lodi for sure. Good prices, good inventory. The main worker there is super jolly and funny and makes you want to come back. He even helped me save looottttts of money by hooking it up

This is hands down the most rudest unprofessional person that I ever went into a store to talk to in my life. Every item I asked to look at he acted inconvenience to show me. Even when I explained I'm trying to spend money here can you be a little polite sir? He said no. I also asked him if he wants people to spend money in the store, he said no. I have seriously never been treated so horribly in a store before.
