I have never been treated so poorly I spent 94 on three vapes. When I got home I took out the vape and it was covered in juice. It leaked all over my expensive purse and belongings. The second vape the pod reader is broken and it wasn’t full. The customer service is horrible and the manager went as far to telling me he knew who I was when I had called over the phone and it doesn’t have my name on its caller ID. This was the first time I have ever went there so he doesn’t know who I am. Like he was going to threaten me. There is. Smkoke shop on Broadway in Eureka with wonderful service and a two dollar price difference and have never had a problem with a vape there. If you want to save money stay away from this place at all costs.

Originally I was a customer of Big Fish in Arcata and they sold their vape business to Bear River when tobacco and vape laws changed. I've been buying products at Bear River now for over a year, despite having some creepy interactions with a former employee who told me that he liked big girls and that I looked like I liked to cuddle and asked for a hug when I was trying to shop. All of this is weird, but I could put it aside in order to be able to buy my preferred nicotine in California. However, Bear River has been out of nicotine salts for over 3 months now, the employees and manager cannot tell me when they will get more in stock, and they frequently are out of stock of my vape pods. This is not the business or customer service that Big Fish sold to Bear River, and the owner of Big Fish is probably real bummed that they turned his business opportunity into a flop and disappointed his loyal customer base. Don't waste your gas going here for nic salts, and don't tolerate creepy cashiers.

Without question, the BEST IN HUMBOLDT! Sure they offer a fantastic selection at the LOWEST PRICE you'll find anywhere around here bar none! But they have wonderful customer service! The main crew members have worked there for years. Their very friendly and sociable. I truly look forward to going there every other week. They make each customer feel like a friend, they remember who I am, and remember what I buy everytime. They offer a drive up widow for those who know what they need . Or you can walk inside to browse the selection of course. THEY CAN SELL MENTHOLS! Additionally the feature a gift shop with some unique gifts

Most of the time they're amazing but sometimes there's a chic that likes to close early they are supposed to be open till 9 we got there at 855 and the chic is leaving

I love this place, i moved from SoCal about a year ago, and i'm so thankful to have found this place! They have a big selection of flavored vapes (thank goodness!) and everyone on staff there are so friendly, they have helped me find new brands and flavors to try, and they are just SO nice, i'm there about every 2-3 weeks since we can't get vapes shipped to us in CA anymore, and everyone there is really cool!
