Love this shop. Friendly/knowledgeable staff is a huge plus. Shop is always clean & packed with products of every kind. Beautiful walk-in humidor w huge variety of cigars. You will most likely find what you need & if you can’t, they will order it for you. Worth the hype. Check em out!!

Let me tell yall something born and raised in Long Beach and WHEN I SAY THIS IS THE SHOP TO GO TO!!! This is the shop to go to !!! The customer service here was beyond amazing. Alyssa was extremely knowledgeable about every product I asked for and man was I blown away with her customer service. I’ve never felt so comfortable and welcomed at a smoke shop ! Heights Time was an experience from the second I walked in to the second I stepped out! She explained everything to the point where it made perfect sense to purchase and even suggested products that would enhance what I was asking for! Very sweet and cute (not on some simp shiii) I was blown away with her service and highly recommend yall to check it out yourselves! Hands down best smoke shop on Long Beach

Nice place clean with friendly staff plenty to look at and explore" a tiny bit pricy for cheap brand cigarettes but it's ok once in a while. All in all Nice stop

Definitely appreciate the help Seth gave, I’m real big on customer service and let’s be real most times smoke shops u run into employees who seem they don’t even wanna be at work, let alone assist you with anything. I’ve been to this shop about 6 times total now but first time I’ve dealt with Seth and he’s the reason I’m writing this review. It’s well deserved.

The dude Jacob was really cool to interact with. 6 out of 5 stars for playing Sublime the entire time I was in there so I had some great music to sing to. Thanks brotha!
