This was my go-to tobacco shop. It’s relatively close to me so it has been a convenient place for me to get my tobacco, incenses, and lottery tickets. I’d easily spend anywhere from $30 or so a week. Not much but it adds up as a particular 1 spot to spend my money. I went in there last week and was in the mood for a mid-quality cigar. I went into the room, and after looking through the choices, I chose a cigar that was marked on the box with a sticker that it was $10.99. I had other things as well from the store and left them on the counter until I finished picking my cigar. Upon checking out, when scanning the cigar, it scanned that the cigar was $11.99 and not $10.99. I told the clerk (great guy from Morocco that I’ve had great conversations with) that the cigar was actually $10.99 and it clearly states that it is on the box. The clerk went into the Humidor to double check the price, and confirmed that it was indeed $10.99. He communicated with who I assume is the owner that the price is actually noted to be $10.99. The owner then responded that he needed to charge me $11.99 as opposed to the $10.99. I immediately expressed my disappointment in how this owner was choosing to do business and reminded the clerk about my frequency in visiting this particular shop and how it was the “principle” of the $1.00 difference and how uncomfortable I was with this particular transaction. That this is not how you conduct business. The clerk was very apologetic as he knows me and stated that he would talk to the owner about it. I’m not sure if he talked to the owner or not, but I’ll never return to this place again and spend my hard-earned money. Even if I have to go to 3 different place to meet my needs. And smoke shops are a “dime a dozen” in this town. They aren’t hard to find. Not a smart business move to do business like this. Every once in a while, you’ll get a customer like me who cares about these things and where I choose to spend my money. I’ll never return to this place. Integrity is a big deal to me. And this owner’s lack thereof will keep me away forever.

Great spot close to home for disposable vapes. Wide variety of brands. Prices are fair, got my first ever bong for $14, will be returning if I don’t want to drive 5 miles for a vape.

I feel welcomed and they always got what I want and never disappointed me ever it’s always a pleasant experience and these guys treat me very very well God bless them💪🏾💯
