Shady exchange policies. So I bought a bong and two attachments from this place, relying on the sales lady’s expertise in doing so. I came home to find neither attachment fit my bong. When I returned to this store to attempt to exchange them for the proper sized ones, I was told they don’t do exchanges or returns and that it was my fault for not knowing which sized attachment I needed notwithstanding my reliance on their sales people for help. avoid shopping here, unless you want to be left high and dry on the unreliable advice of their apparently un-knowledgeable sales people and a very shady one-sided exchange policy. I will never be shopping here again. Responding to owner: you evidently don’t remember me as I have never asked you for a job or expressed any interest in working for you. I was never invited to bring the attachments back as I relied on your clerk's expertise (or lack thereof) on selecting them in the first place concurrently with the bong I had also purchased from your store as part of the same transaction. Nice deflection attempt though.

Best smoke shop in long beach. If you're looking for nice glass this is your place. They have lots of local custom pieces which are really cool. Not only that but best prices I've seen in all of la. The people working there are great too. Met some really cool people who want to help you find the right piece. They give honest opinions and are awesome to talk to. Only thing was I got my bike stolen right in front of the store so be careful. Be back soon for my 2nd rig.
