Why say you are open at 7a online and it’s actually 8a. Can’t fulfill my needs at this current time because you aren’t open when you say you are. Wasted money and time.

The worst place to buy and smoke a hookah. Bought here the most expensive one, for almost $250, so the guy didn’t want to pack it, just giving a box. Asked him to pack it, so he messed up everything! Done with packing it myself! The place itself smelly and be aware of smoking “handmade tobacco” because of the unknown products in there.

get your hours right. if u close at 12 don’t put ur open till 1am. whoever manages this should be fired

Terrible. Attendant didn’t know their products and sold me a 510 vape battery that had been opened, didn’t work and cost $30. Will never go again. Save your money and time if you’re looking for quality goods and service.

Rude and unprofessional! I went inside to buy some flavor and charcoal. The man asks for my ID, I told him my friend went to the car to get it, he told wait outside until you got it and I did wait outside and there were no problem. My issue was the way he speaks with us and he didn’t treat the others the same, he didn’t ask for an iD from the other customers, one of them bought something and he didn’t ask him for! Never going back, plus so overpriced!!!
