Rayen was great! My best friend and I went in just to check out the shop, and he wasn’t haggling us to buy something. Which was refreshing. Chill Vibes. Very clean and upscale pretty aesthetics. Love the Butterflies 🦋 Good customer service, and product knowledge. Will def go back.

Stopped by Butterfly Smoke Shop and had a great experience. The shop is super clean, organized, and has a really dope atmosphere the moment you walk in. Huge selection with good prices, and the staff was knowledgeable and respectful without being pushy. They actually take the time to answer questions and help you find what you need. You can tell they care about customer service and keeping quality products in stock. Definitely one of the better smoke shops around. I’ll for sure be coming back.

The owner of Butterfly Smoke Shop is very efficient and manages this store really well. I promised I would leave another review for Butterfly Smoke Shop, and it’s well-deserved. Over the past few months, I've spent over $500 here because the shop is just that good. The owner is a good guy, the inventory is massive, and they give me an amazing $5 discount every time I shop. Most importantly, the staff here are incredible human beings. Ryan and Cha helped me get out of a very dark place after experiencing domestic violence. Having a safe space to talk and having staff like Ryan show genuine, heartfelt concern for my well-being changed everything for me. This isn't just a business; it’s a place that treats its regulars like family.

We had to drive all the way from Ventura, California to this shop because they had such a good selection and something that we couldn’t find locally. I called ahead of time and that person work. There was so kind and explained how to get there when we arrived couldn’t help it notice but a beautiful shop. It’s not your typical smoke shop. It’s very clean well organized. There’s some toys and different things and the staff is so nice above and beyond nice people so I said I’m gonna write a review. I don’t write a lot of them, but this is the place to go to for a great selection and just super kind people. And if you guys read this, I was the one With the little one that got the surprise toy. Keep up the great work I’ll definitely be back for something.

This place literally has everything! I love it, I don’t smoke or drink and the store still has very useful different interesting items, I stayed for about 30 minutes browsing and picking up items to buy. Great customer service as well, the guy explained every item and what it was used for. Overall great experience, love it
