Great customer service and really good selection. Even while dealing with rude customers the staff stays helpful and respectful. Thank you to Roger and the night crew. The store was clean, organized, and had fair prices. definitely will be coming back!

You can tell they care about their customers and work hard to keep a positive environment. Roger is always helpful, professional, and welcoming. He takes the time to answer questions and makes sure customers leave satisfied. Despite being busy or while dealing with difficult customers, he stays patient and provides great service.

wish i got the guys name, but this place surprised me in a great way. went in really early when they first opened to get a foger pod. came home and it didn't smoke like im used to (very light hits) and when looking at it saw it was labeled as fogrnext. figured maybe they changed something like batter, electronics, heating element, etc. and i just dont like them anymore. checked online and found it was a counterfeit. Any foger pods where foger is spelled different than FOGER (with only 1 g) is a knock-off. expected to either get a swap out or be told they never said it was real, i bought what i picked out, and im SOL. Really expected scenario 2 but was pleasantly surprised to not only get a swap out without any argument, but the employee took note of what i found online showing it was fake and said he'd let the boss know so they can deal with them since they had multiple boxes and flavors all with the fake name. Always liked this place but now i love it! Will also be always checking the QR code going forward to confirm legit since it is definitely partly my fault for not being diligent.

I have been going to the smoke shop for a couple of years now and the team in there is amazing I enjoy going to visit they are attentive to all your needs, great service and conversation. I love them they great... D Cortez

5/5 Bad habit, decent prices, great selection, and helpful customer service. Finding a decent selection of vapes is harder to come by these days. Definitely a go to option from now on.
