I went around 4pm, before sunset, and the ambiance wasn't as romantic as I anticipated. Nonetheless, The food was fresh and very filling! I would've loved my plate to taste a bit more seasoned, but it was not at all disappointing and was the perfect portion for sharing entrees! My server on June 24th was so fun, attentive, and knowledgable on the menu and restaurant history. 8/10 would recommend especially if you are on a cut or eat clean!

It has been over a week since I had dinner here and I am still thinking about it, especially the tabouli. The entire time I was eating I kept saying, oh my god this is so good. My boyfriend and I ordered the salmon and chicken kabobs, both cooked absolutely perfectly, the salad was good, the hummus was INCREDIBLE, I truly cannot say enough about how delicious every bite of the meal was. The restaurant itself is so pretty with an amazing seating area, and our waiter was so helpful and kind (I wish I remembered his name!) I will absolutely be back soon.

Just had lunch there at 2 pm today, so there was no crowd. Food was great. I had a beef kabobs and my wife had a smoked salmon and avocado salad with capers. Ww intend to return.

The Desert Rose is a beautiful big open space where fire pits and red umbrellas are open to welcome you. A very beautiful red stained glass rose greets you in the open courtyard and it illuminates at night. The Beef Shawarma is not to be missed & the dolmas are so authentically made. Andrew was a fun and kind server and verified The Happy Hour starts at 4pm and goes until 6pm daily. This is a great spot for larger parties and wine-o-clocks. If you’re looking for a beautiful spot with excellent middle-eastern cuisine made from the spices of faraway lands look no further than Desert Rose.

We went to this place for Christmas day lunch on our LA trip by accident. The food, customer service, and ambiance were great. We got the penne pasta, jidori chicken, shwarma sandwich, and pita crusted salmon and got lava cake and chocolate ganache cheesecake. The owner checked if we were doing ok since the jidori chicken takes time to cook. We loved the attention, especially on Christmas day.
