I had a great experience at Elite Smoke Shop in Studio City. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they have a great selection of hookah, glass pieces, and tobacco. Very interesting and unique items you don’t see everywhere. The shop is clean, well organized, and easy to browse. Highly recommend if you’re in Studio City looking for a quality smoke shop. 5 stars!

I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but this experience left a bad impression. The representative arrived an hour late, even though I was there waiting at opening time. While he was willing to offer a 20% discount on one item, he refused to apply the same discount to another item without providing a clear explanation. The lack of punctuality and inconsistent customer service made the experience frustrating and disappointing.

One of the best shops in LA. They have a wide variety of merchandise. Very rare they dont have something you want. I see Vach most of the time, but all the guys are cool, chill, laid-back, its friendly environment.

Great Store with great products and prices. This is my go to shop and they have taken care of me for several years. Give them a visit.
