We spent our Saturday night at this energetic bar and loved the shows. The bartenders were excellent, and the security staff was very professional and organized. I highly recommend this place for birthdays or anyone looking for a fun, high-energy night with dancing and live entertainment. Reservations are definitely recommended.

Class on Tuesdays gets packed. Over packed. Like 60 40 males. Free salsa class. 1 hour. Dancing after class like a regular club. Two mini dance floors. U can smoke in both rooms - crazy. Parking is trash.

What a tantalizing experience I had last night. I'm from outside of town and just wanted to dance to some Bachata and reggaeton. I got more than what I had planned for. Clean, security visible and present, great drinks, cigar area and amazing dancing to eveb more revitalizing music both DJ and live. This is just a tip of the iceberg. I have to give an enormous shout out to the burlesque dancers who did their thing, the band and the saxophone player. It brought me back to the days where clubs were for dancing and enjoying the vibe. The patrons were a mixed bag. Young, older, average and gorgeous/handsome. Couldn't ask for anymore. I'll be back!

I visited La Descarga on a Thursday night and it was an absolutely incredible experience. The speakeasy entrance through a vintage armoire instantly transports you to a 1920s Havana club. The Thursday night atmosphere was electric, featuring a live salsa band and amazing burlesque shows that kept the energy high all evening. The bartenders mixed excellent rum cocktails, and the separate Cuban cigar lounge in the back offered a great space to relax between dances. It is the perfect spot for a lively weekday night out in Los Angeles, just make sure to dress sharp to match the vibe and book a reservation in advance to guarantee entry.

Awesome atmosphere! The whole Havana vibe gave me all the feels 😍 (2nd generation Cuban🇨🇺💃🏼.) The burlesque show was so fun! It was tasteful, beautiful and interactive. The band was incredible too. It was a great first time experience. My only suggestion is getting there early because it gets packed quickly and also a folding hand fan would come in handy ladies ( and gentlemen, if you wanna make a good impression 😉) because it gets really hot in there, plus it would go with the aesthetics. I'm planning on checking out their free salsa class on Tuesday night at 8:30pm with my boyfriend. Sounds like a great time. Can't wait!
