One of the worst experiences I’ve had. Our friends had a reserved table, yet we were refused entry. The venue was completely disorganized, with no clear system or communication. The staff were extremely rude, shouting at guests and acting aggressively. Instead of trying to solve problems, they made the situation even worse. Very unprofessional. I would never come back or recommend this place.

Amazing people! They always have everything, extremely convenient and stays late! This is the go to smoke shop for everything even daily snack they have an amazing selection of things I never even heard of!

The worst customer service ever i called the phone number for the shop and ask. Did they carry fogger? Vapes, he said, yes, I asked if they had blueberry watermelon. The the shop owner then proceeded to tell me they didn't have that flavor I asked them. Well, can you tell me what other flavors you got? He said to me, look man, we opened till four twenty I ain't about to tell you every flavor I said, well, you must not want the business that's very rude. I said, i'm just trying to get my girl taken care of he had the nerve to say well maybe you a lame and had no idea how much money I'd be willing to spend with him id reccomend another shop near by at least two others dont spend your money here.

It’s rare to find a place where you actually look forward to stopping by. The team here is always warm, friendly, and makes everyone feel welcome. Easily the best smoke shop in the area!
