One of the worst experiences I’ve had. Our friends had a reserved table, yet we were refused entry. The venue was completely disorganized, with no clear system or communication. The staff were extremely rude, shouting at guests and acting aggressively. Instead of trying to solve problems, they made the situation even worse. Very unprofessional. I would never come back or recommend this place.
