Great patio and the food was good along with the hookah. Ordered the beef kebab and khaskh et bademjoun. Kebab was cooked well and juicy. The khashk was lacking in flavor for me tho. Service was outstanding as well

We went 2 NAAB Cafe last night , we had worst experience @ Resturant ever In our life . They’ve been not even busy at all. They had couple customers. We’ve been waiting for waiters to get our orders for 25 minutes. they keep ignoring us. We ordered two tea with zolbia . They bring only one fork no napkins we order hookah. We trying to order food but the kitchen was closed . The Customer Service was zero out of 10. We arrived at the restaurant at 10:15 PM waiting for 25 minutes for waiters to take care of our orders after that he came up. He brought everything after another 24minutes latter . He’s like you know what we’re closing in 30 minutes. We do not understand why a the first place they did not let us know they closing at 12am but the schedule at the Google Maps was 1 AM. The waiters were telling us because of Fourth of July. we closing at 12am with a really bad attitude. We never go back there anymore.

Poor food quality, terrible service, and only one restroom for a huge crowd. This was the worst café I have ever visited in Los Angeles. The waitresses were rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a restaurant, and the entire night felt frustrating from the moment we walked into Naab Cafe. When we first arrived, it took around 10–15 minutes just to get seated, even though there were clearly tables available. I actually walked inside myself and could see open space, so I couldn’t understand why we were left waiting that long just to be given a table. Once we finally sat down, we wanted to order hookah. The first problem was that there was no hookah menu at all. How are customers supposed to know what flavors or options are available, or even what they can order, without a menu? We eventually placed our hookah order, and it took approximately 45 minutes for ONE hookah to arrive. That alone was already an unreasonable wait. Later, we ordered something extremely simple: an order of fries and a bottle of water. More than 30 minutes passed, and we still hadn’t received either one. Not even the bottled water. What made the situation even more frustrating was watching other customers who arrived after us place their orders and receive their food while we were still waiting. We saw another table being served multiple plates of food while we couldn’t even get fries and a bottle of water. At that point, we had enough. We asked for the bill, paid, and decided to leave without even receiving the fries or water. What really bothered me was the server’s response when we brought up the wait. He said something along the lines of, “You just ordered the fries.” It had already been over 30 minutes. And even if there was somehow confusion about the fries, what was the explanation for a bottle of water taking that long? From beginning to end, the service toward our table felt noticeably different from what we watched other customers receive. I can’t say what the reason was, but based on what we experienced, it genuinely felt like our table was being ignored or treated differently. We waited 10–15 minutes to be seated despite available space, around 45 minutes for one hookah, and over 30 minutes for fries and bottled water that never even arrived before we finally gave up and left.

Naab Cafe serves some of the best koobideh kebabs I’ve ever had! Perfectly seasoned, juicy, and grilled to perfection—the flavor was absolutely incredible. The rice was just as amazing, fluffy and fragrant, complementing the kebabs beautifully. Every bite was a delight! Beyond the fantastic food, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the service was top-notch. The staff was friendly and attentive, making the whole experience even better. If you’re craving authentic Persian cuisine, Naab Cafe is a must-visit. I’ll definitely be coming back for more!
