Sadly these guys are not good. I purchased a product that was faulty, they were not responsive or supportive in helping me in anyway, they passed the buck, and all I wanted a copy of a receipt. I would not trust them or recommend them. Superficial advice maybe but nothing beyond that. Sorry!

There is many nice items in this store. to be clear that doesn't change the work place quality customers experience. The staff expresses a "guaranteed hours/low-effort" ethic. This isn't my go to smoke supply store, & never would be even in the event of convenience. I had a good experience, although this is my observation & judgement. 2 Star Establishment

These ppl are friendly & helpful. Plus they have an awesome collection of really great smoking apparatus

UPDATED******* My review was originally 5 stars but I have to update and I hate to change my review about this shop because it’s really been my go-to for about a year but man. There’s a fair skinned woman who works there from time to time. I think her hair is a sandy brown color but her attitude turns me off. It is the exact opposite of inviting. And I have to admit my last couple visits left a bad taste in my mouth. There’s another young lady there with locks who was reluctant to help me on multiple occasions. Makes me a bit emotional because perhaps they are going through something in their own lives but that’s no reason to carry the energy they do. Their attitudes are trash. I regret stopping by today because they honestly brought my mood down. They don’t even speak or say hello. They just stand there looking annoyed that now they have to deal with you. The only reason I rated 2 instead of 1 is the Latino guy who works there. He’s pleasant every single time- he speaks and greets ppl as he should. I highly advise some training on being more pleasant for those other ones.
