Inexperienced and ill informed high school looking staff with mushroom haircuts and a false sense of knowledge. Had a little boy literally debate about wraps/“flavors” etc… he was so insistent on making his point and being right, but I literally work in the industry so I know. His whole energy made the old, dilapidated space feel even more cramped. It felt stale in there plus I had to deal w a TikTok gen kid… His condescending attitude made me put my money right back in my purse and walk out. There are far too many other shops that actually treat their customers right. STAY AWAY from the one in the same plaza as “Lux”!!

This place is the shit always have the most up to date merch and the customer service it top notch not some know nothings Ask for Jaccob he took care of me I’m sure he’ll take care of you

I’ve loved this shop the last few times I’ve been here, but it says online and on the door that they open at 8am and it’s currently 8:32am and no one is here. Definitely disappointed by the tardiness or incorrect hours, but the shop and employees are great!

It’s very professional service and always good vibe Im always like to go there because the employees are very gentle as well
