The decor is amazing, Thomas is a Vibe, he knows about all the strains and how they work to bring harmony in the mind and body. First time client, cute store. I would give 5 stars just for the lady from upstairs who helped me, she did great job. But cashier killed perfect first impression. He should work on his customer service skills. I don’t care how hard you hate your job but don’t take it on customers lol. Front desk guy and upstairs lady are awesome!

I’ve been coming here since they open and if you pay attention to the days of week and what discounts there are you’ll be getting the best brands for the best prices. Also if you have any issues (especially with all in one vapes) they honor their seven day refund policy and they take good care of their longtime customers. Everyone from the GM to the their newest employee are extremely knowledgeable (they even when I brought my mom who wanted a very specific cannabis experience) All in all I cannot recommend this place enough and they have a few copies of my resume because I’m dying to work there. But don’t take my word for it check their daily deals and pull up for yourself.

I come here regularly and have always had great experiences with the staff—everyone is usually friendly and welcoming. That’s why this stood out so much. This visit was completely different. From the moment I walked in, the energy felt off. The employee (who seemed new) avoided eye contact and had an unpleasant attitude. When I asked a simple question about a military discount, it turned into unnecessary tension instead of a normal interaction. I understand policies can differ, that wasn’t the issue—it was the attitude. It felt uncomfortable and unprofessional. I even told her “good luck” when I left, but the whole interaction just didn’t sit right. Hoping this isn’t the standard moving forward, because the rest of the team has always been great.

I had been going here on a weekly basis but stopped when they raised their prices in the last month. I just want consistency and the unexpected jacking up prices turned me off. Not to mention their inability to keep indica stocked.
