There's a gentleman employee that works the cash register with shoulder length black hair and reading glasses that shows the rudest customer service behavior ever! ..rolling his eyes when I had a question like IM wasting his time??? ..I almost couldn't believe it..so disappointing especially because if you have a job anywhere in this economy you should be grateful.. The store is lovely, stocked well and clean but it just takes one bad apple to ruin it. 2 of my friends actually had the exact same experience and will never go there again. The other location however is the opposite and I love going in there.

I visit here from time to time and the customer service is always great! Wren is usually there to help and he’s always open to recommend when I’m debating over two products. I’ve gone to other shops but haven’t been greeted like this. It’s great place to go to and very friendly! Would recommend~

Everyone here is awesome. They have everything and are knowledgeable and helpful. And nice! Love this place!

Definitely fun while it lasted. I’m surprised there are no other reviews on here from my previous adventures. Even though I was finally able to quit, I still miss the nice people and friendly customer Service.

Within the sea of questionable vape shops - The Vape Shop is a standout for excellent customer service, knowledgeable salesmen and friendly and inviting! Just the place I was looking for. Helped me transition from disposables to a refillable vape system. They explained everything, didn’t upsell or confuse and I genuinely had a very pleasant buying experience.
