Called ahead to confirm if they had a Blazer Big Shot torch in the exact color I wanted. The employee assured me they had it in stock and even told me the price. When I arrived shortly after, the torch had "magically" been sold—or maybe they never had it in stock and just couldn't be bothered to check. Instead, I was offered the limited edition version for $20 more or told to go up the street and pay $10 extra for the same model. I reluctantly settled for a cheaper alternative, but it wasn’t what I originally intended to buy. Feels like a bait-and-switch tactic. Won’t be coming back and I suggest you avoid.

One of the best smoke shops in town. They have a wide variety of items, including some quality glassware. I’ve always seen the same employee there and he’s helpful and knowledgeable. He knows the shops collection well and is capable of answering all types of questions. Good sense of humor too.

The inventory is aight but the overall purchasing process was satisfactory at best. I've spent $100+ everytime I pretty much step foot in location that being said homie who is counting pennies in the back gave me a hard time when I was a little short on the due amount. I couldn't believe it for all the money I've spent and continue to spend this dude is acting like a crumb snatching detective. Anyways I gave him the 2 dollars I owed and barely go in there after that experience. Guess I'm not as cool as the 40 year old working the register at a smoke shop in k town who's maybe let all those rap songs get to his head and really think he's hard are something? Anyways thankfully their is a smoke shop every 2 blocks in this city with the exact same merch but better customer service and attitudes
