Best local smoke shop ever, all of the staff are great

When I first wrote my review, I was upset because my order was canceled due to my address being too far out—this wasn’t clearly stated at checkout, which was frustrating. However, I’m updating my review because the seller reached out to explain the situation and provided proof that they were taking steps to prevent similar issues for future customers, which I appreciate.Although I haven’t received my vapes and am still waiting for my refund, the seller’s willingness to fix this—instead of just ignoring my complaint—matters to me. They took responsibility, adjusted their process to avoid the same problem for others, and communicated openly. I value the effort and accountability they demonstrated, and I hope this helps future buyers have a smoother experience. Because of this it actually changed my view about the shop for them to take the time to do that just show that they care about their customers which I appreciate

My first purchase was good.. but my second purchase I bought a bunch of vapes that was on sale more than half of them did not work at all they wouldn't even charge didn't find out until it was too late
