I am only writing this cause i have no other way to communicate with the owner. I have been going to this place here n there for the last 3 years not because they have great products but cause i help out at my family friend's restaurant sometimes, next door so its just convenient. They recently got some delta 8 products that i was interested in and within 2 months i spent more than $500 purchasing those. never had an issue w those until my last pack, that came completely damaged. all the pre rolls had holes in them. I go in to exchange them for a different one and even offered to pay the difference since I had already tried to smoke 2 from the pack of 10 before i figured the issue. The female employee who is always super sweet tried to help but we realized all the other ones they had in stock had holes too. So She contacted the owner for a solution and He just said he cant do anything about it. upon asking why the reason was that they had replaced a damaged product(most likely a vape) for me before. That is insane customer service specially to a customer that has been coming for so long. I guess i did not mind them not helping me on this and replacing the item but to say that they have done so for me before to embarrass me as if i'm lying is what got me!!. I guess he doesn't understand thats how a business works! you replace something if that's damaged. They are probably still gonna sell those other delta 8 THCA pre rolls that they have in stock, full of holes, so be careful! 3 stars only because i don't wanna be petty and ruin their rating.

Saw King Palm at my local smoke shop and decided to try it out. Really clean taste and an even burn. Ended up coming back for more the next visit.
