I’m not exactly new in town but I’m new as a “permanent” resident. In the Bay Area smoke shops are a dime a dozen! Products easy to find cheap, Not so much in this county and this was the second place I went to and they are a little pricey (but everything in this area seems to be!) but not as bad as the first place. Mostly the staff is friendly and personable. Customer service is first prices second. Staff is knowledgeable and helpful

I used debit for a purchase, bearded POS that owns the place watched me put in my PIN then asked to sign the receipt- out of sequence, right? I used debit with PIN - baffled and distracted I left card in the reader and scumbag loser used it for 46 dollar purchase in his own store then filled up his tank at chevron across the street for 80. Tried more purchases after he closed the shop but card was deactivated by then. Got me with sone sleigh of hand, scammer. .

Run by scammers! Came in to buy a battery I was familiar with. Got talked into a more premium model with an attachment. Attachment did not work like the attendant claimed it would (in fact it served a completely different purpose), and the battery doesn't charge. Came back in with receipt a day or so later, was told I had to have dropped the battery or otherwise messed with the device. I never even got a chance to use the thing! Claims under new ownership- terrible customer service. First and LAST time customer. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
