So after completely getting lied to after I bought an atomizer repeating if it was my model the store clerk reassured me it was my size after checking before I left the store the owner decided to jump in and say oh that's your fault . I said can you show me the replacement that I would actually need it was a $73 difference ask him can you do anything with the price maybe knock off the sales tax? He just said it's your fault even though his employee assured me definitely only go to Ziggy's this place is a ripoff I love handling things in a calm demeanor asking politely so if another customer was in my shoes they know exactly what they're going to do with rude customer service and cheap sales tactics there's a reason why Ziggy's is above all else for the valley

These guys are selling fake flavored vapes. Do not purchase here. I'm will be writing this review on every site possible. He lied to my face and stated it was real and made a big deal about it. Not such a good experience this last time. Probably my last time going here. I was sold wrong pods and they didn’t try and make it right. $20 down the drain. I don’t know what happened to this store. I wish it was the same as before but it’s not

I just wanna say that the staff here is very knowledgeable and extremely friendly. If you have any questions or concerns, talk to Donovan, this gentleman is Very knowledgeable of his products and their prices are great compared to some of the other others down the street which wanna charge almost triple.
